Returns Policy

Overview

If your item is found to be defective or “not as described” then you may request a return and a replacement item to be sent at no additional cost.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t accept your return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Reply to your original order e-mail to request a return.

Shipping returns

If your return request is accepted you will need to properly package the item(s) to ensure they are protected from damage during shipping. This includes properly ensuring that battery terminals are insulated to prevent short-circuit. You will need to inform us of the package dimensions and weight.

We will arrange for collection of the items from your address and provide you with a shipping label. Alternatively if you wish to drop the package at a local shipping point this can be arranged by request.

Replacement item(s) or refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of the inspection.

If the item(s) are found to be faulty or “not as described” then replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost.

In some cases replacements may not be available so a refund will be processed. The refund will be made to the original form of payment only. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to be available in your account.
