These parts have been recovered from Nissan Leaf batteries and then comprehensively tested and checked.
Testing Process
- Each contactor is checked for proper operation and continuity/isolation
- Precharge resistor relay checked for proper operation
- Precharge resistor checked for continuity
- Heater outlet fuse checked for continuity
- Current sensor checked for no-load value
- Physical exam checking for evidence of water damage or other physical issue/overheating
